I'm Gemma Duch, a digital marketing specialist in Barcelona since 2012, with experience in London. I've worked across many industries, but my real passion is in gastronomy and tourism.

I like to combine strategy and creativity with data and analysis. As a Barcelona native, I know the local market well, and my international experience has given me a broader perspective that allows me to adapt global best practices to each context. I work in English, Spanish and Catalan.

Managed social media, newsletters and marketing events for shopsense.eu.

ShopSense is Spain's first store featuring the most select and complete range of alcohol-free products. Development and implementation of social media content strategy, video editing and reel & TikTok creation for social media, design and execution of email marketing campaigns for their online and physical store, and coordination of in-store events to promote the alcohol-free lifestyle.

Miluna

Created and managed newsletters for miluna.es.

Miluna is a unique bubble hotel in Toledo, Spain, specialising in stargazing and romantic escapes. Design and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote unique experiences under the stars, database segmentation, and results analysis to increase bookings and build customer loyalty.

Estrella Damm

Coordinated gastronosfera.com, the gastronomy content platform run by Catalan brewer Estrella Damm.

Misterfly

Launched the Spanish-branch social channels from zero, plus website content.

Grew the Spanish accounts on a lean budget — competitions, engagement-led content and email newsletters drove the growth. Also wrote travel content for the company website.

Vente-privee

Wrote travel offers and blog articles for vente-privee.com.

Three articles a week — destinations, package deals and travel inspiration for the flash-sales platform's travel vertical.

Secret Escapes

Smartbox

Wrote copy for dozens of Smartbox experience packs and articles.
